Approval and Support by the State Administrator of a Grant Application made by Oakland Based Urban Gardens (OBUGS) to the City of Oakland Fund for Children Youth seeking funding to enhance student skills at Place@ Prescott and Lafayette Elementary Schools in the amount of $100,000.00 for the period July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 and, if awarded, in whole or in part, to accept same, pursuant to terms and conditions thereof, if any.
