Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy (MOUEP) by and between the District and Keller Rohrback Law Firm, Oakland, CA, for the latter to continue to provide unchanged legal advice, counsel, and civil litigation related to social media, as requested by the Office of the General Counsel on an as needed basis, and extending the term of the Agreement from May 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026, at no increase in cost. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
