Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy (MOUEP) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), each, by and between District and Lozano Smith, LLP, for the latter, under the MOUEP, to "provide legal services to Oakland Unified School District ("OUSD" or "District") for civil litigation matters, charter school matters and other legal services on an as needed basis ("SERVICES")."
