Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Inspector of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and The KDI Group, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the additional inspection services required by DSA certification due to the increased scope, as outlined in the Proposal dated March 3, 2025, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the Urban Promise Academy Portable Relocation Project, in an additional amount of $38,990.00, increasing the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement from $15,906.00 to $54,896.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
