Ratification by the Board of Education of a Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Window Tints Everything, North Hollywood, CA, for the latter to clean and prepare all applicable window surfaces and install Reflective DR17 window film on the south and west facing classrooms windows most impacted by sun exposure at the following school sites: Hoover Elementary School, Bridges Academy, Sequoia Elementary School, and Laurel Elementary School, as part of the Reflective Window Film Project, as described in Exhibit A to the Agreement, in the not to exceed amount of $67,488.10, inclusive of a $6,135.31 contingency, with work commencing on July 20, 2026, and to be completed by September 9, 2026.
