Ratification by State Administrator on behalf of the District of Professional Services Agreement with Greg Roja & Associates, Inc., San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide architectural services in conjunction with the Manzanita Elementary School Modernization Project, for the period commencing December 13, 2004 and concluding upon completion of the desired services described therein, but not later than June 8, 2007, in an amount not to exceed $81,900.00.
