Acceptance and acknowledgement of receipt by the Board of Education of memorandum dated June 2, 2008 from Juan Piedra, Chair, the District English Learners Advisory Committee (DELAC), informing the Board, that at its May 20, 2008 Committee Meeting, the DELAC, pursuant to statutory and/or administrative requirements, conducted its annual review of Board Policy - Instruction - BP 6020 - Parent Involvement and, by unanimous vote of the committee, determined that it had no recommended changes to the present Policy.
