Approval by Board of Education of Professional Services Agreement between District and Consolidated Engineering Labs, San Ramon, CA, for the latter to provide special inspection services, including field testing during site grading, parking area baserock placement and untility trench backfill, as described in Appendix A - Scope of Work, in conjunction with the Peralta Elementary School Modernization Project for the period commencing June 1, 2008 and concluding no later than September 1, 2008 in an amount not to exceed $11,442.27.
