Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Bay Area Video Coalition, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide during school [hours] media arts programming for 7th and 8th graders; provide supervision and coordination, instructors, and media curriculum, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Westlake Middle School, for the period of January 7, 2025 through May 29, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $21,070.00.
