Title: Approval by State Administrator of Addendum No. 2007-F to Software License Agreement, signed August 28, 2001, between District and SunGard Bi-Tech, Chico, CA, for the latter to perform Data Integrity/Validation services, including testing the validity and accuracy of customer's existing records, increasing customer's understanding of system's reporting capabilities, reviewing existing standard financial reports and make required adjustments to meet customer's financial reporting needs, organizing the financial reports to improve accessibility and usability, archive reports that are not currently needed and/or used by staff, deploy reports via the Dashboard, and create or update report documentation and provide training to key users on accessing reports via the Dashboard, for the period commencing November 12, 2007 and concluding no later than April 30, 2008, in an amount not to exceed $101,920.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
