Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Seneca Family of Agencies, Oakland, CA, for the latter to work collaboratively with the general education teacher and the after-school program to provide intervention with social emotional skills, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Horace Mann Elementary School, for the period of August 19, 2024 through May 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
