Ratification by the Board of Education of a Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Clara's Lit'l Angels, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 35 hours of supplementary Title I instructional services for eligible and identified students, with a focus on instruction that improves student academic achievement in the target areas of English Language Arts, Reading, and Mathematics, using a variety of effective instructional strategies and techniques, at Dr. Herbert Guice Christian Academy, via the Office of Partnership Accountability, for the period January 29, 2016 through June 30, 2016, in the amount of $1,000.000, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $4,900.00 to $5,900.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
