Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Faith Network of the East Bay, Oakland, CA, for the latter, through its Succeeding by Reading (SbR) initiative, weekly Excel Reading Clinic, using trained volunteer tutors, to provide individualized tutoring and reading support for school-designated second- and third-grade students who have fallen or are falling behind on reading skills, at Community United Elementary School, for the term August 21, 2017 through June 8, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $3250.00.
