Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Bay City Surplus (BCS), Martinez, CA, for the latter to sell surplus items including vehicles, shop equipment, food service equipment, operations, technology items, as further stated in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00, for the term November 13, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
