Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Central California Advisors, Turlock, CA, for the latter to provide strategic consulting services to OUSD Nutrition Services to support kitchen modernization, equipment procurement, audit readiness, staff training, and improved dining environments; assist with facility and equipment assessments, procurement processes, food safety procedures, kitchen operations, and coordination between the Central Kitchen and school sites, including onsite and remote support, staff guidance, and monthly progress updates to support the District’s transition to fresh, scratch-cooked, and culturally relevant meals, via Nutrition Services Department, for the period of August 26, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $132,000.00.
