Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Eccleston Wendell Wainwright, Oakland, CA, for the latter to engage students in activities that promote awareness of the arts, resulting in student appreciation of the arts, career exploration, and its relationship to daily living; as well as, improved self-esteem, confidence, and pride in self; use the integration of the arts (i.e., instrumental and or vocal music, dance, drama, and or spirit team) to achieve the foregoing objective; coordinate and participate in the similes and other related activities; and assistant administrator in program coordination in the Oakland Fine Arts Summer Program, via the Family, School, Community Partnerships Department, for the period of June 23, 2014 through July 18, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $4,500.00.
