Title: Approval by the Board of Education of the Jambago Foundation Program Agreement by and between the District and Jamba Juice Company, Oakland, CA, for the latter to pilot at Oakland Technical High School the purchasing of Jamba Juice products to students in an effort to improve the nutritional quality and content of the meals served to students, beginning May 31, 2012 and will automatically renew for successive one year periods, unless District elected to terminate per the provisions in the "Termination" section of the Agreement with the Nutriton Department being authorized to purchase no more than $10,000.00 in product per year.
