Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Agreement for Inspector of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and KDI Group, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional inspection services, as outline in vendor's proposal dated, May 2, 2024, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, due to an extended construction schedule, for an additional $42,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $151,554.00 to $193,554.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from February 9, 2023 through October 31, 2023 to July 31, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
