Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and YouthBeat, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide wellness lessons in conjunction with its after-school photography class, with teacher meeting students on Mondays and Thursdays after school from 4:00pm to 5:30pm for ten weeks; mental health and wellness strategies, help students develop technical skills in photography and oral presentation; have students produce an individual portfolio that includes 5-10 original photographs, an artist statement, and present via a personal reflection of their experience in the program at Castlemont High School, for the period of September 3, 2025 through December 10, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
