Approval by Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Professional Services Contract between District and Strategies of Success, Firebaugh, CA, for the latter to begin development of process to comply with State compliance reports/District data; monitor implementation of recommendations for current Board policies and District/SELPA procedures regarding special education compliance issues; monitor and support recommendations regarding accountability procedures and processes, to include data analysis and systems review; assist in review of SELPA plan and identify areas to be considered for possible revision; review and identify areas for enhancement of current special education programs; monitor and support and action plan for enhancing current programs with identified priority areas; conduct staff survey regarding Professional Development (PD) needs for both certificated and classified staff (special education and general education);  monitor the Professional Development (PD) plan for the 2013-14 school year; review, provide analysis and recommendations of the current data systems for the special education department; and monitor and support District Rtl systems/procedures, for Programs for Exceptional Children, in an additional amount not to exceed $26,600.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from $147,150.00 to $173,750.00 and extending the Contract period of July 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 to June 27, 2014. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remaining in full force and effect.
