Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding between District and Alternatives In Action, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide staff for Fremont High School student internship coordination, support, and resource development activities; attend the Workforce Internship Readiness Coordination Professional Learning Community coordinated by the After School Programs Office; develop an internship infrastructure, meet weekly with staff for training and development, weekly with Academic Leads, FHS Leadership Team, Administrators, collaborative partners in conducting program planning, implementation, and evaluation, and regular meetings with Principal or other identified designee to ensure collaboration with the school vision, for the period of July 1, 2012 through August 31, 2013, in the additional amount of $15,000.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $221,484.00 to $236,484.00.
