Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Oakland Schools Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 76 hours of organizational leadership coaching to the principal, teacher leadership team and the PTA regarding marketing school for increased student enrollment and fund raising; provide individual giving campaign support by sending out newsletters, other marketing materials, thank you notes and managing the return of donations; and provide special event support at school spring carnival and photography services at Piedmont Avenue Elementary School, for the period May 15, 2011 through June 30, 2011, in an amount not to exceed $5,265.00.
