Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Terraphase Engineering Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional environmental services, as outlined in the Proposal dated October 7, 2025, which is attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the Garfield Elementary School Modernization Project, in an additional amount of $2,200.00, which includes a contingency fee of $200.00, increasing the term of the Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $108,697.00 to $110,897.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
