Title: Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Architectural Testing, Inc., Lake Forest, CA., for the latter to provide one day of testing and a report of the findings and repair recommendations, the testing includes a small flood test of the parapet and roof juncture above the afflicted area and a spray test of the Portland cement plaster exterior finish, in conjunction with the Lincoln Elementary School Water Intrusion Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing upon Board approval and concluding no later than December 31, 2016, in an amount not-to exceed $5,500.00.
