Approval by State Administrator of Amendment #1 to Professional Services Contract between District and Bay Area Coalition for Equitable Schools, for the latter to provide 255 additional hours of coaching teachers, principal, and assistant principal on effective ELD practices for English Learners, leading professional developmnet of teacher inquiry into EL support straegies, and leading teacher data conferences focused on improving EL achievement for the period April 28, 2008 through June 30, 2008 in an additional amount of $27,100.00, increasing the previous contract amount from $16,500.00 to $43,600.00 and extening the end date from January 30, 2008 to June 30, 2008. All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain in full force and effect.
