Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3 to General Retainer Agreement between the District and Olson, Hagel and Fishburn, Sacramento, CA, for the latter to represent the District before the Education Audit Appeals Panel (the "EAAP") in connection with audit appeals related to the State Controller's Office adverse audit findings, in an additional amount not to exceed $30,000.00, increasing the cumulative amount of contract not to exceed amount for Fiscal Year 2011-12 from $150,000.00 to $180,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
