Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Philip Williams, Oakland, CA, for the latter to install, maintain, and troubleshoot the computers and related technology that will be used by the teachers and students, and as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Edna Brewer Middle School, for the period of September 1, 2024, through May 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
