Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Agreement Between Owner and Design Builder by and between the District and Global Modular, Inc. Atwater, CA, for the latter to provide additional scope of work for installation of blocking for smart boards, including power and data per Tech Services request, for the Fremont High School Modernization Project, as outlined in the Proposal dated February 24, 2026, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, in an additional amount of $65,632.71, increasing the Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $2,370,000.00 to $2,435,632.71, via the Division of Facilities Planning and Management. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
