Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Olabayo Allen-Taylor, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 780 hours of direct on-site services for the school's peer Restorative Justice (RJ) program by collaborating with site staff to identify and recruit 5-10 peer RJ youth leaders (11-14 years old) that reflect the racial, ethnic, and academic diversity of the school; organize, create, and design training materials that teach conflict resolution, effective communication, problem solving, and restorative practices, and expect to share them with other Peer RJ coordinators; coach the peer RJ leaders to conduct an average of 20-35 restorative circles to respond to harm or conflict and support the school site in creating a safe, healthy and supportive school environment, with Specific Outcomes, as stated in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Claremont Middle Sch...
