Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Scientific Adventures for Girls, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide hands-on STEM enrichment programming for up to 180 elementary school girls across two school sites through weekly afterschool sessions for 24 weeks during the school year, led by experienced STEM educators and supported by teaching assistants, near-peer mentors, and adult volunteers, delivering engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences that foster girls' confidence, identity, problem-solving skills, and interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, more specifically described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $53,060.00.
