Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Professional Tutors of America, Inc., Brea, CA, for the latter to provide compensatory education services to eligible students who were denied or did not receive appropriate special education and/or related services as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including academic tutoring and remediation that is individualized and designed to address identified skill deficits resulting from the period of missed services; and maintain detailed progress records to ensure all services are completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and hour allocation, via the Special Education Department, for the period of August 13, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
