Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Girls, Incorporated of Alameda County, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide four (4) additional service hours per week for staff to allow program prep time for reviewing and adapting of literacy curriculum for 1st-3rd grade instructors and academic enrichment curricula for 4th-5th grade instructors; plan for their specialty clubs based on the interest of their specific student group; professional development for weekly curricula training, YPQA and youth development training, and 1:1 coaching for the literacy specialists for the After School Program at Allendale Elementary School, for the period of July 1, 2017 through August 17, 2018, in the additional amount of $8,890.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $81,672.00 $90,562.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
