Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Super Stars Literacy, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a literacy intervention program, using its components - Daytime Intervention, Extended Learning, and Community Outreach and Engagement - for kindergarten, first and second grade students who are below grade level in Reading, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Markham Elementary School, for the term December 7, 2018 through May 30, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
