Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide support to supervise the yard during school hours; provide high- quality recreation and sports during recess, ensuring student safety; lead Restorative conversations, train conflict mediators, consult with teachers, build relationships with focal students and generally reinforce strong Tier 1 and Tier 2 supports during Recess at Fruitvale Elementary School, for the period of August 18, 2025 through May 28, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $27,600.00.
