Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Purchase Order Agreement between District and RMT Landscape Contractors, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to remove existing sod, adjust grades, repair / extend irrigation system, restake trees, and add new sod in conjunction with the Arroyo Viejo CDC Renovation Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $12,908.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $4,800.00 to $17,708.00, for the period April 23, 2013 through December 31, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
