Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Unconditional Word, LLC dba Jordan Benn, Fort Lauderdale, FL, for the latter to provide virtual mindfulness practice and training, as well as video curriculum to OUSD teachers, who will learn to apply mindfulness skills to their own lives as well as how to lead it in their classrooms to create calm spaces of belonging for young people during the Summer Healing & Academics 4 Kids (HAcK) 2026 Credit Recovery Program, via OPSR Counseling Department, for the period of May 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $13,000.00.
