Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and California Youth Outreach-Oakland, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the following services as part of the Measure Y Juvenile Justice Wraparound grant: 1) Facilitate Re-Entry Welcome Circle for 36 youth clients at alternative schools using restorative justice principles; 2) Create service plans including goals and action plans through Multidisciplinary Team process for 36 youth clients; 3) Provide case management for 36 youths for a minimum of 90 days, as described; 4).
