Approval by the Board of Education of a Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Tulum Innovative Engineering, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide construction services which consist of removing, repairing, and relocating an existing electrical christy box, and wiring in the new playground structure; install new low-voltage wiring from the main building to portables; and provide asphalt patch, bore, and trench locations as needed, for the Manzanita Elementary School Upper Site Improvement Project, in the amount of $73,880.00, with work scheduled to commence on March 26, 2026, and scheduled to last until June 30, 2026.
