Approval by the Board of Education of Contract for Repairs, Maintenance or Small Construction Projects (CUPCCAA) between District and Comack Plumbing, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide saw cutting of existing asphalt paving, trenching, patch-back and installation of thirty-three (33) linear feet of new gas pipe to tie into new PG&E gas meter, in conjunction with the Various Portable Demolition (Fremont High School) Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing February 11, 2015 and concluding no later than June 30, 2015 in an amount not to exceed $13,613.00.
