Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Growing Together - Bay Area, Pinole, CA, for the latter to maintain newly installed outdoor "green" learning/recreational areas to ensure usability, accessibility, and aesthetics by conducting a bi-weekly check of 6-9 Kaboom! installed areas, including raking the engineered wood fiber, removing any debris or trash accumulating, and noting any hazardous items; and if there are areas where the weed barrier is coming out or up to repair, it will be stapled into the ground, via Chief of Systems and Services Officer, for the period of March 12, 2024 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $19,690.00.
