Approval by the State Administrator of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Bay Area Coalition for Equitable Schools (BayCES), for the latter to provide instructional leadership coaching to help leaders articulate a clear instructional vision and expectations for teaching and learning in every classroom for District's Math and English Language Arts teachers, at Media College Preparatory School, for the period December 18, 2008 through June 30, 2009, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
