Ratification by the Board of Education of the Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Peninsulators Inc., San Jose, CA, for the latter to clean and prepare all applicable window surfaces and install Avery Dennison Optitune 15 window film on the south-and-west facing classrooms windows that are most impacted by direct sun exposure at East Oakland Pride Elementary School, as described in Exhibit A to the Agreement, in the lump sum amount of $36,200.00, inclusive of a contingency fee of $3,210.00, with work commencing on July 30, 2026, and to be completed by September 06, 2026.
