Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, CMAS Purchase and Installation Agreement by and between the District and Benyon Sports Surfaces, Inc., Fresno, CA., for unforeseen repairs to the existing e-layer identified during construction activities and owner requested deduction of originally planned installation of a new e-layer at the softball/baseball field and replacement of it with a Brock Pad System, resulting in a deductive amount of $15,020.80, decreasing the Agreement price from $413,524.78 to $398,503.98. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
