Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Safir & Associates, LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to manage and facilitate all strands of support for the Leadership Associates Program (LAP) Retreat in Minneapolis, Principal Professional Learning, LLOHSI Strategic Planning Team, and Executive Coaching, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an amount not to exceed $34,700.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $50,000.00 to $84,700.00, via the Office of Post-Secondary Readiness, for the term October 8, 2015 through June 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
