Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Oakland Schools Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 466 hours of support to the Principal in project coordination, finance administration, donor cultivation, management and stewardship, photography, printing, crafting of community outreach materials and messages, newsletter, ask letter, postcard, and brochure design and editing; email blasts, individual giving campaign management, special events advertisement; coaching from School Campaigns Coordinator; after school tutoring and primary language support; grant renewal, reporting and monitoring; participation in ASP and FamELI Collaboratives, as described in the Scope of Work (SOW), at ASCEND Elementary School for the period of April 1, 2011 through June 30, 2011, in an amount not to exceed $31,490.00.
