Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and GroundLevel Construction, Inc., Concord, CA, for the latter to replace the Kitchen Exhaust Fan at Cleveland Elementary School, as described in the Scope of Work, in the proposal dated October 14, 2025, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Nutrition Services Department, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $22,570.00.
