Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3 of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Hope Reimagined, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 2nd counselor for Tier 2 and Tier 3 mental health support services to individual students and groups of students at Chabot Elementary, for the period of August 12, 2024 through May 30, 2025, in the additional amount of $20,000.00, increasing the Agreement from $30,000.00 to an amount not to exceed $50,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
