Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Master Project Agreement for Inspector of Record Services by and between the District and King Construction Inspection, Inc., Oakland CA, for the latter to provide inspection services, pursuant to fee proposal dated July 10, 2026, which includes DSA-certified in-plant inspections during manufacturing of the light poles and concrete bases in accordance with DSA guidelines, for the Skyline High School Field Lighting Replacement Project, in an additional amount of $28,985.00, increasing the Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $23,387.50 to $52,372.50, with work scheduled to commence on August 13, 2026, and scheduled to end on March 31, 2027. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
