Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Partnership for Children and Youth, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional training to support the After School Program Quality Improvement process to include the Youth Work Methods training, coaching, and support for lead agency partners, for the period of November 1, 2017 through June 29, 2018, in the additional amount of $14,320.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $31,882.13 to $46,202.13. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
