Approval by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Resolution 0405-0067 declaring the condition of the fire damage at Montera Middle School to constitute an emergency, establishing and authorizing a budget in the amount of $250,000.00 for the emergency abatement of damaged materials, cleansing of the air and repair work at the school site, authorizing contracts as specified herein, subject to the approval of the Alameda County Superintendent of Schools.
